Arithmetic on the euro foreign exchange reference rate published by the European Central Bank for a given day. Not a quote, and not a price anyone will trade at.

A reference rate is a daily benchmark published for accounting, statistics and contracts. It carries no bid, no ask, no spread and no fee, and no bank is obliged to deal at it. Rates exist only on the publisher’s working days: on a weekend or holiday there is no rate, and this tool refuses rather than reusing the previous day’s figure.
