Account data. Email address and plan, processed to provide the service under contract. Saved filters and delivery preferences are processed on the same basis.

Personal data from public filings. The service reproduces names, roles and transactions of individuals as published by regulators, on the basis of legitimate interest in making public regulatory records accessible. Individuals may contact the operator to raise an objection or request correction; where the record originates with a regulator, corrections must be sought there and will be reflected on the next ingest.

Cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for authentication are set by default. Analytics and any third-party script load only after explicit consent.

Recipients. Hosting and transactional email are performed on infrastructure operated by the controller. Payment processing, once enabled, is performed by a payment provider named here before launch.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercised by contacting the operator. Account data can be exported and the account deleted from within the application.
