Account data. Email address and plan, processed to provide the service under contract. Saved filters and delivery preferences are processed on the same basis.

Personal data from public filings. The service reproduces names, roles and transactions of individuals as published by regulators, on the basis of legitimate interest in making public regulatory records accessible. Individuals may contact the operator to raise an objection or request correction; where the record originates with a regulator, corrections must be sought there and will be reflected on the next ingest.

Cookies and browser storage. Essential storage supports authentication, security, your cookie choice and features you explicitly save, such as a reading list. Optional recent-search storage and site performance analytics are disabled until you enable them. No advertising trackers are included. Your cookie choice is remembered on this browser for up to 12 months; you can change it at any time.

Market data widgets. TradingView supplies the market heatmap and currency cross-rate display widgets in isolated frames. Investment.com price charts, price marks and company news use native components. Loading a TradingView frame shares your IP address, the page URL without search parameters and the selected market symbol with the provider. TradingView states that these widgets set no cookies; request information is used for widget operation and short-term abuse prevention. See its widget privacy information.

Recipients. Hosting and transactional email are performed on infrastructure operated by the controller. Payment processing, once enabled, is performed by a payment provider named here before launch.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercised by contacting the operator. Account data can be exported and the account deleted from within the application.
